There are three kinds of heating materials available to heat up the oven: liquefied gas, natural gas and diesel. This design offers high efficiency and energy saving heat cycle oven with high space utilization rate, fast heating speed of mould, adjustable speed of heat cycle, automatic positioning heating system, heat balance, and even thickness of product forming wall.

The oven adopts a circular structure, which increases the utilization of space and helps to save energy. It is made of 4 to 6 pieces of assembly, which makes it easier to assemble. The heating method adopt the principle of hot gas going up, which improves the heating speed with high efficiency. The burner is imported from the Italian Liya Road brand and controlled by a Siemens S7-1200 network cable communication system, which helps to reduce the problems caused by conventional lines and make the lines look better.
